It became a member for the first time today. Thank you for your consideration. Although it already thinks whether to know at E-Zone, it is the video of my 2.86g indoor plane.

Hello Koichi,
That is quite an achievement, and very well made. A good job with the picture also. Did you build the equipment yourself?
Regards, Dave

Hello Dave,
Yes, equipment was made personally. The throttle and the rudder are controlled with the infrared receiver.

Hello Koichi,

Wonderful plane - it flies so well. Can your provide plans for this? It's a beauty.

Tanaka San,
please forgive improper english. This 51 year old grandfather of 13, father of 5, would like to congratulate you on an impressive plane, flight and movie. We are just beginning to build micro rc-electrics and are using recycled components.

8 year old "Bryce", a grandson asks, "what is the frame and covering made of?"

6 year old " Ashley", a grandaughter asks, "where is the radio antenna?"

As you can see they keep me young. We would love to see more flights.

Respectfully,

Tony, Rich, thanks.
My airplane was copied and made from A-6 category of an indoor free flight. Here is a drawing.

Koichi,

Would you be in interested in building a complete kit for me for a nice price? This is such a sophisticated plane with the Infrared Technology and such - I believe it's beyond my scope.

Please let me know if this is a possibility.

Thank you.

Tony,
It can't be made a kit though regrettable.

Maybe I should have asked differently Koichi. Instead, would you be willing to build a complete system for me for a particular fee? This would include remote, plane, batteries and charger.

Please let me know if you could do that :) and what the price might be.

Thanks,

Tony

Since I am busy with making a new airplane, I can't afford to make your airplane.
Please make personally by all means.
How to make to my web is written.

Hello Koichi,
Would you be willing to describe the power system in your lovely little plane? The motor used?, The gear ratio? Propeller dimensions? Batterry size and type? This is a fascinating project, and well worth pursuing. I could not access your website referenced.
Regards, Dave

The pager motor of 4mmx8mm was slowed down to 6.7:1, and the propeller of 3.5 x2 (89mmx50mm) was used. The battery used Kokam 20 mAh Li-Poly.

Hi M. Tanaka,

Your A-6 is a wonderful project and the flight very smooth.
Because your pictures are as sharp as your model, can you please show me a view of your rudder controlled with your infrared receiver, if possible. I've never see that kind of system. It must be very small. :)

Best regards,

Frederic

Koichi,
Your web site, like your A-6, is pure artistic engineering expression in modern terms, understandable by a layman. A beautiful ongoing journey. Limits?

Here is the latest IR combo receiver. A speed controller, 2 sets of magnet actuator drivers, and the battery monitor are built in, and it is only 0.15g.

Tanks for your picture M. Koichi. It's really amazing what we can do now.

I'm using myself a RFFS system and for now that's my limit. In a way, I found that scale very demanding (precision for CG and weight). Of course when you break something, it's never very expensive. Just one or two drops of cyano and it's good again. But at your level, it's an art to build a good flyer so light and clean.

Best regards.
