My carb came loose on the boat...just double checking that the black nut with a flat head crew in the middle on the header pipe side is the nut to re-tighten the carb?

it controls the internal valve that controls the air intake.

so the nut is what I need to tighten to secure the carb? The screw inside is for the internal intake on the carb?
