2004 Cactus Classic Videos

Not sure if anybody posted this, but there is a site online that has some good videos(little fuzy, but good enough!) from the Cactus Classic a few weeks back. They have mutiple mains in 2wd buggy, truck, and 4wd buggy.

They are under the eletric section. You have to join the forum to view the videos, which kind of sucks, but it's worth it.

Thanks a ton for the link - the videos are great. I wish they would show the Expert Stock class...one of the racers from my track placed 3rd in the A-Main I believe...

No problem, thought some people might enjoy.

The message board I got the link from had a heated discussion between Mark Pavidis and Jim Gard about the buggy A main. I guess Mark was setting the pace up front and Jim didn't like it much. Jim had a crash that cost him the win and seemed to take it out on Mark, saying he was trying to take him out or get Jim to slam in to Mark rear end. Didn't really seem that way in the video though.

I would have liked to have seen some of the lower classes also. Would let me see how my driving stacks up to others cause I know how it stacks up to the pros. (not even close, if you where wondering)

Nice, thats for the link. I like how in the last 30 seconds, all the drivers try to catch up to the leader then they crash.

No problem Maxx, I also liked when they jumped the triples, how hard they bottemed each time, esp. in the 4wd buggies. Ouch! :eek: I can't afford to drive that way.

Thanks for the link to the Vid's, Scott Brown the winner is my local track owner so it was great to see him racing to the front. If you are at a race with Scott there say hi, he's one of the nicest guys in rc.
And if your ever in the Seattle/Tacoma area stop into Tacoma R/C Raceway and say Hi.
