i have a K and B outboard motor.. how or is there even a way i can make it an inboard motor. and if soo how would i start it??/

it can be done, however, the cost of the parts to do it would probably be close to (if not more than) just buying a new inboard motor! of the major parts of the two engines, the only common parts would be the center part of the crankcase, piston/sleeve, and carb. the front and back parts of the engine are different as are their flywheels. you would also need an exhaust header, as the one on the outboard is too short to get a coupler for a pipe to fit. and you would need a different crank. you would pretty much end up buying a whole inboard just to make the conversion. if you're looking for a 3.5cc they go on sale in mid may (according to K&B). i don't know about the 7.5cc's.
