mecoa engine

hi!! does anyone have any experience or know something about mecoa engines? i've seen a .46 mecoa marine in their website.. just like to know if they're good and reliable..

You do realize it's an airplane engine with a marine head, don't you? If you want to go fast, look at the purpose built marine engines by O S, Picco, OPS, K&B and Mac, to name a few. You will be a lot happier in the long run :)

yup i know that's an airplane engine with a watercooled head, just base on the specs it is.. less than 20k rpm.. i'd just like to know if its a reliable engine that will lasts for years, it might be good for a scale boat, not too fast but fast enough for goo scale run..
