"triple x" or "xxx"

this is something i have seen for months in the magazine, and now i just have to ask about it. why is it that whenever a losi xxx truck or buggy is written about in rcca, it is always written as "triple x" instead of "xxx?"

A lot of people call it the triple x because it's easier to say; maybe they type what they say?
