Ive had enough of it. Im sick of everyone saying one truck is better than another and hating certain trucks ie traxxas :mad: . All of these trucks have some good things about them along with bad things. And as far as saying that the revo was lucky when they won the race and such, that race could have been completely different if raced again. There are things such as driver error :mad: . All these trucks have been through probably years of developement and will have something good about them. This hobby is meant to enjoy each truck not to rag about all the weakpoints. Instead of doing that how about you get off ur butt and fix the weakpoints :D

exactly... its supposed to releave stress not cause it. People get so bent tryin to make it seem like one rc is better. I posted this cuz there have been several threads here that keep puttin one rc down.

There's a difference between completely bashing a MT/Car/Etc. .. And Bashing a MT/Car/Etc. with FACTS.

The thing is, on some vehicles it is EASY for the manufacture to fix a FLAWED design, but they don't. How long was it between the time of the T-Maxx and T-Maxx WideMaxx? Plus Traxxas hasn't offered a solution to the "flawed" bulkhead design. Why do you think RPM doesn't make bulkheads?

actually i have the truck that everyone keeps sayin to get... savage. but i bought mine like a week before they announced the .25 savage. I say this not because I dont like people comparing cars.. but because they say they hate one car or another the T-Maxx will out run my little .21 np. The Maxx might not be the most durable truck but it is light and fast. Yes traxxas could fix their weakpoints a little faster. But imo traxxas has really good customer support so for that i give them props.

wgbackyardbashr- I did almost the same thing, except I got my savage 21 about a month before the 25 came out. I was pissed that the new truck had so much more goodies for only like $20 more.

My suggestion to all of you is to do what I just did two hours ago: Leave these anger-filled forums and go run your truck. Just have fun with it and if everyone here pisses you off, say "screw those guys, this truck is fun." Everybody now. Just go run you truck and have fun. I have a Savage 21 and everyone on the forums says to go buy monster engines and everything to go faster. Hell, I got my "lowly" 21bb tuned so well she'll pull wheelies in the grass. I love it. I bash it so hard I destroyed two zipties on my engine head. Like the zip-tie square was in five pieces. It was great. And I never broke a thing. I'm gonna get a roll-cage and I'll be set.

Hey man , whats important is that you like what you drive all we can is suggest things and help out with your final decesion. I saved up lunchmoney and built my own custom clod. Its one of a kind because whats on it is what i wanted. I didn't like some of the thing other members told me to buy. Overall its called your truck for a reason.

Actually I appreciate that the weakpoints are being mentioned......yes some comments can be irritating at times but I take it in all the same......Why because I would become aware of such problems and it would help in my purchasing decisions.

but on the subject i to get fizzed when ppl bash me cuz i have a t-maxx... well lets see y i bought it... lotsa after market... great support.... and it was kinda cheap.... the rest of the comanies have an advantage over traxxas i admit... they have more racing backgrounds but i want a truck that will keep going and mine does... i have seen a savage run.... and it keeps going time after time.... u buy out of interest not to be the best....

Damn bulkheads block the two lower shocktower screws, you have to literally take apart the whole front end to access the diffs, the philips screws just plain suck .. Makes me want to just throw in it in the garbage, and that would solve all my problems.

Its like it was made just be be hoped up. also The Maxxer act like it was the best thing sence sliced bread and all others are POS. you see that all over you cant even ask something about a diffrent truck with out a Maxxer saying (my T-maxx is better then what you have) I have had two of them old and the new I just did not wont to spend a load of money to make them what thay should have been in the first place.....

well, rRr, maybe the maxx WAS made strictly to be modded. aftermarket support and popularity go hand in hand, and each helps the other grow. look at a clod. the truck was garbage stock, but add some aftermarket goodies (ok, throw everything away but the axles), and you have the best rock crawler there is. maybe traxxas took a lesson from the clod.

I got an aftermarket set of bulks that came with rod-like bulkhead braces, so I only use one of them. some people may say it's weak, but i've yet to have any problems.. except screws bending, but that's another story.
