Losi:
The easiest way I have found it to print it on a laser printer (because the toner is melted on the paper). Then you can "iron" it onto the balsa with a good hot iron.
As for cutting, stock up on X-acto blades and prepare to sit for hours. There are many tricks for getting the parts the same after you cut them out by hand. I do things like push 2 pins through the matching ribs so I can sand them all at once etc. etc.
Some Color ink jet printers will iron on also, as well as copies.
Hope this helps,
Jason

Thanks! Do you think a scroll would be faster ?

Definitely a scroll is better, especially if your cutting hardwood or ply.
Be a real PAL and go buy one of those 30,000 dollar CNC laser cutters, then you can cut ALL of our parts for us http://www.rcmicroflight.com/ubb/smile.gif
