the boat is scratch built so it can't technicaLLY have a "stock" motor....what im gonna do is if this boat gonna be good i'll leave it like it is....make an all fiberglass hull out of it...(3 days max) and put iether a brushless systme in it, low turn motor or a nitro engine  who noeS?

Go BL over nitro-less work. With a BL, you might get 40-45 (if it is a good hull design)

let's see if we can clear up some of this "rc language" for you. BL is most likely brushless? right chris?? ...and about stock motors...that just refers to the type of motor. stock motors are 27 turn. yours is a 19 double...so it is not a stock motor. by the way, how many cells are you running? and what type?

Yes, it meant brushless. As for the nitro comment, I was referring to the last sentence in the post above mine-
"and put iether a brushless systme in it, low turn motor or a nitro engine who noeS?"
That clear anything up?
Good luck with your project. :D
BTW-make sure your ESC is rated for 8 cells before running it. I've fried an ESC before by running 9 cells on one rated for 7.
