Am I entitled to a discount?

Well, I ordered a Sig Ninja. Should have taken a week to ten days. I'm in Moncton New Brunswick and I ordered it from P.E.I.

This is now the the sixth week of waiting and still nothing. By the way, P.E.I. is right next to New Brunswick (Moncton). Should I insist on some kind of a discount when it arrives?

What is the proper eticate on that? Six weeks from next door? They said there was a back order from Sig Manufacturing. I contacted Sig and they explained the problem which I believe the customer service rep from the company I ordederd from should have inquired into. She gave no answers whatsoever.

The most rotten service I ever had. What should I do? Any suggestions?

No, you aren't entitled to a discount. Buy from some place else from now on.

when you oreder things from Great Planes??? ,(ive ordered lots) if it is not in stock they have to back order it from SIG. this takes time. I have ALWAYS ha d great service from GP but some items take longer than others it doesnt matter how close the store is!!!! I know it suks to be waiting for that special kit but that is life !!!! MY 2 cents GS
