actuator controllers

He/she would thank that somebody could give information on like the actuator controllers works, as making them. As I can connect two to a receiver more the regulator of speed. That receiver type is necessary me to connect them. Does some complete outline exist? Some address of Internet?
I am quite new in the topic and he/she would thank any type of help.
