no but I can give you the jist. To use an existing radio transmitter take the buudy ouput and use this to drive an oscilator at 30khz/40khz (explain later). This will drive an array of ir leds via a mosfet or transiter of some sort. This will produce pules position modulated pulses of light which are them selves modulated at 30/40khz. To deteact these you need an IR detector. Get the 3 pin type like those by vishay/telefunken. These include a filter set to 30/38/40khz depending on the one you buy. Feed the output which is now back to ppm into a pic microcontroller for decoding and feed the output either directly into actuators using two pins per actuator or use a driver chip of some type to allow lower resistance actuators. Or if your using servos then just send them the decoded signal.
Thats sort of it anyway, if you don't sort of get it than you probably shouldn't bother.
