I have a question about painting. I want to make a yellow, fade from the front to the back, into a blue in the back. But what would be a good third color to go in before or after the yelow in the fade? And I also plan to put those footprint masks and paint those the opposite color. Like if they were in the yellow I would paint them blue. For example.
BE SURE to paint from dark to light, BELEIVE me, its bad covering coats or fading if you start with the darker color. Do black, then blue, then yellow.
Oops, rereading it, you said "back" not black. I recommend black, it would look cool, but paint darkest to lightest!!!
Also, on your paint job, paint the footprint masks LAST no matter what colors or whatever, you wont have to cover it when painting other colors. Paint them after you painted the whole body, UNLESS they are a darker color, and you didnt already back the other colors...get it? hope ya did, or else i'll have to give ANOTHER example http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/tongue.gif
ok this is bugging me because I dont even know what I said...
Paint from darkes to lightest in fades. Then back with the correct color, then paint the footprints last. If you DONT back the colors up, then paint the footprints and back them, get it? oh pleeeeeease get it http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif

JP... Usually when you confuse yourself, it's time to start over! LOL
I'd like to do some fading on my next body. The only problem, is I don't know how! Sooooooo, can anybody help me? I can do bodies with several colors, no problemo. But, fading is something I've never tried.
Thanks in advance!
