t-maxx steel spur?

t-maxx steel spur? Would I lose alot of acceleration with it? because more rotating mass? With my plastic about every gallon i need to replace it

i think if you need to replace it so often, maybe your slipper is not properly set up, and i think that its not that much of mass gain,
