It's going to be a toss up between every manufacturer. There's too many varibles to know what combo would be the fastest, and exactly what you are reffering to as "fastest".
The closest motor I would think, would be a Lehner Basic 5300, and a controller that can handle a 60A continuos amperage draw.

how fast does the novak go with just 6 cells?

It all depends on weight of vehicle, amount of rolling resistance, gearing and type of battery cells.

The novak is plenty fast for me with 6 cells, but I haven't clocked it in my Pede. I estimate 30+, but I haven't really even gotten it to full speed yet. It has a LOT of torque, but unfortunately I don't know how it exactly compares to other BL motors. The novak is about like a 10 or 12 turn brushed motor, if that helps any.

Novak says it runs like a 10t, but I've heard it has the torque of a 6t and the speed of a 13t or 14t! Don't quote me on that, since I don't own one...
my novak ss5800 has the speed of a 12t, but it has a lot of torque. if i want to go faster, i have to overgear it, (using it on a hpi pro2), but if i do that, i have problems with esc s` temp. I will try using fan on the esc.
