Help me out here as I am driving myslef insane in the quest to purchase a tire truer for touring car and 12th scale carpet racing.

My choices are the Integy Autocut Truer for $190 plus arbors versus the hudy AC Universal model for $250 plus arbors?

Which would you get and why? (Or should I just get the old reliable Cobra Trackside Deluxe for $110 with arbors?)

I have heard alot of good things about the Integy model for the price.
Its hard to say though how reliable it will be since its so new.

I know guys who buy the Hudy's are very satisfied with them.
Hudy is well known for making quality, reliable products.

I had the Ofna brand knock off of the Hudy automatic truer. Stay away from it. I have had nothing but problems with it and to get it fixed they wanted more than what I paif for it brand new. I know others who have had problems.

If you do get any of them, make sure to get a good carbide cutter for it. That alone will improve the performance immensely.
