I have a 2.5 traxxas t-maxx and I was wondering if that MIP boost bottle really works. And if the CEN SP1 2wd nitro car is worth the money because I was going to buy it and put a set of drifting tires on .

Welcome aboard man! :D

Select Search, and type in "boost bottle." You'll see quite a few opinions on this subject, and the answer really is no: if it has any benefit at all, it is only to smooth out the idle on troublesome engines and doesn't really "boost" anything at all. In my travels I hav seen two people that genuinely swear by it but they could not produce any MEASURABLE advantages.

If you want more power, look into bumping up your nitro content by 5% and playing around with different temps of spark plugs. The different temps affect ignition timing point, so you in effect advance or retard the spark.

Good article on what glow plugs and fuel have to do with each other (http://www.maxxtraxxusa.com/Glow_Plugs___It_s_gettin__hot_in_herre_.cfm)
