Hey guys, I just bought a new futaba 2pc radio (pistol grip) and the steering doesn't seem to turn much. Before I used an older futaba 2pc radio (pistol grip), same one but older style and the steering wheel would do like a full 360 turn almost. But with this one the wheel only turns like 75 degrees not even 90 is that normal for the newer style radios or is there something up with this one? How bout people with other pistol grips do your wheels turn a lot or are they like this one? Let me know guys and thanks for the help!

I actually like the radios that way i have been able to run longer like this well hope i helped ya!!

360 degrees?!?! Wow! You should never have to turn the wheel 360! The most I think people ever use is 40-50 degrees each way.

Thanks for the help guys. I think you're right, it was my friends radio and I think he turned it a little bit too much and snapped the retainer inside that prevents you from going too far. No wonder it wasn't springloaded anymore hehe. This new one is way better and looks nicer too.
Thanks for the help guys!

sounds weird, maybe the end point adjustments are set too 'narrow'?

I had an older KO EX-5 for my xxx-nt and then when I drove someone else's xxx-nt with a JR R-1 the wheel didn't turn as far either. I got used to it after the first run. Its not a problem.
