for an upcoming project i need some battery packs that are built end to end. how do i go about building them?? side by side is easy, but i need some help with this one.

I've seen a guy on ebay who sells 10 sub-c in a stick that are used in a landspeed record holder for an electric car. He had some on last month but I don't see any now.
