Novak Cyclone C2

I have the opportunity to buy a Novak Cyclone C2 for $75US. It looks to be in new condition but it's being sold "as is". I'm wondering if this is a good deal and should I pick it up?

That's about right, not a bad deal but nothing wonderful. They usually sell for around that much on eBay, but I'd definitely try to get a more specific answer about whether or not it works.
