Hi friends, I am buyying a Tamiya's electric truck, a Knight Hauler item 56314, an unit control multi-function item 56511 and a Rádio 4 channels Futaba 4YF. Which is it Speed Control more indicated in this case?

Yes. You'll have to change to teflon. If there's no issue with sub-space field harmonics, you'll be ok. It's just important that you never use acid core solder. Once, I had the same problem. I fixed it by putting the end on the side.

It comes with a mechanical speed control, but any ESC would work. Check out Novak or perhaps Duratrax for a nice budget ESC.

lolololol This one goes in the record books for best replies ever!

escouza,
You'll probably want to look into getting a good reversable speed control like an LRP Quantum reverse or Novak XRS.
