What is the difference between cold, mid, and hot glow plugs. Which is best used on a boat such as the hammer? I bought a medium is that all right? :confused:

What do trim tabs actually do. Do they trick the boat into thinking it's longer or what? :confused:

Use Os #8 Glow Plugs

The Trim Tabs Control How High & How Much Bow Is In The Water.
Bend Tabs Up, Bow Will Be Higher. Bend Tabs Down, Bow Goes Down,
These Are Small Adjustments, And Need To Be Done Equally And Evenly On Each Side.

When I have the boat W.O.T the tail wags like a dog. Is this caused by the tabs being slightly different or is it going too fast for the stock turn fins and tabs? This is on calm water by the way. Also what is the easiest way to adjust your tabs and have them even?

Well Burnz If Your Boat Is Stock Then That Sounds Like A Trim Tab Adjustment. Watch The Boat, If It Leans To One Side Ect . Then Use That To Either Bring Up Or Lower The Other. Many Tools To Use To Make Them Level & Even. But If Your Gentle Then Your Eyes Should Work.

As For The Plugs, Your Right That Is A Good Site, Full Of Good Info. I Have Tried Many Plugs In The Aquacraft. The (os #8 Med-hot


Seems To Work The Best. I Have Not Tried Every Possible Plug, Cause There Are So Many. But I Tried A Good Handful. :)
