50+? Off which cliff? Honestly, they are crap. The antenna on mine kept breaking off, and even when I soldered it back on, the range is like 20 feet. Save your $$$ and get a mini-Z Also, stock, they do 12 (as measured from next to it on my bike) and with stage 2 top speed motor and complete hopups, it was brushing 19. Nowhere close to 50.

LOL or what 1:1 car's dash board is it sitting on? If X mods could hit 50 then Id hurt myself for spending all this money on Nitro. (No I wouldnt Nitro is awesome :p )

40? on a Green Machine? Where's your proof. That's what a NTC3 will do with a single speed. Your buggy doesn't do that fast (although it may seem like it). As for the small cars, a Mini Z has more hopup options (motors, aluminum, etc) than any Xmods. Anyway, for the price that guy wants, get a Mini Z (149.99), a set of ball bearings (19.99) a turbo (around 15) and a mod motor (between 10 and 25) and you have a total of between 205 and 220-just a little over what that guy wants, but you will have a better handling, longer range car.

Xmods are fun to tinker with....but range sucks and it's a PITA to work on.

they are fun for the money but you need a smooth surface to drive on the road destroys them and they are definatly a pita to work on

Im sorry I wasnt tryin to be mean, I just cant see an Xmod doin 50, I didnt mean to doubt you, I am doubting the other person, although nothing is impossible with this hobby, I wont believe it untill i see the proof.
