Hey, I am getting into just bashing and drifting with a on-road. I need to know, what would be better for drifting, nitro, or electric? Also i need to know what kind of car do you recommend that is good at drifting, handling, at the same time fast. I have never had a electric and I have never had a on-road, so i want to get to learn how to use them. Help much appreciated. Thanks in advanse.

Electrics are better IMO for drifting because the exhaust doesnt mess with the tires. pretty much any on-road car can drift if it has the right tires and motor and gearing. I'd recomend the Yokomo 180sx drifter. looks real nice. good luck with whatever you do!

Also, they have more linear throttle, more torque down low, and a lower CG. All of these help drifting. As for which car-I'd go the Yoke.

Instead of getting the yokomo drift car why don't you get a team tc3 and some yokomo drift tires?

I was thinking the exact same thing except get pvc tires. they last longer, better, and eaier to build n stuff. also, i think yokomo drift kits are a rip off. the tc3 has better performance IMO and i also mentioned that i would want to just drive (instead of drifting) and the tc3 would be better for that also. But I am still undecided.

In that case, just get a TC4 and do the PVC tire thing. You also might want to check http://www.rcdrifter.com/, they would know more than we would.

Whoa sweet!!! I can't believe i hadn't heard of it. Sorry about accusing you for being wrong. I am an idiot. But TC4's are way expensive. Remember i am going to bash with it and drift.

Just because the TC4 is new and hot, it doesn't mean the TC3 is totally useless. Heck, while you guys are jumping on the TC4, I'll be buying cheap TC3s and kicking ass with them.

rs4 rally :) Wider than normal so more stable and harder to hook over and flip ;)
