what program do you fellas use to make ur pics small enough to post them on here?

You can just use windows photo editor. It works fine for me. When you go to save it just make sure you change the picture quality down to like 20. It displays fine one here, and sould make you picture come in way below 80k or whatever the limit on here is. Also make sure you save it as a JPEG

If you've got Windows XP there is also a Powertoy for it that makes it so you can easily right click on the image, and resize it depending on display type. It works well unless you need to crop the image, myself I use Photoshop for all image changes.
