what can cause a TC3 to go straight at low to medium speeds but pull to the right at higher speeds?

If I calibrate it to go straight at high speeds, then it won't go straight at low speeds.

thanks in advance.

put the car on a stand and hold on to it and work your throttle. see if the steering servo is doing anything weird. if thats ok you may have a bad wheel bearing or diff bearing.

could it be torque-steer?

I have ran into this problem with mine and there is quite an easy fix. Make sure the:
screw on the steering rack is lot loose
screw on the servo is not loose
and make sure both diff's are equal in tension.
If one of the diffs is to loose or to tight the car can seem to veer off to on side.

how do you make sure both diffs are equal in tension? ? I'm not even sure what you mean.

Ok when you put the diffs together you have to adjust the diff tension of the spring. Rotate the diffs in opposite directions in your hands. Pay close atention to how loose or how difficuls they are to turn. If they turn very easy then they are way to loose. If they hardly turn at all then they are to tight. To get the perfent tension tighten the spring until you can's turn the diffs at all. Now loosen the tension until you can nove the diffs freely but the spring tension still feels tight. Any other advice let me know. I have figured just about all the little tricks of the TC3 since I have had mine (july 2003, total rebuild 3 times) and race it at least once a week .

well I've only taken mine apart once, and I am already dreading doing it again. The screws on the bottom strip too easily, and I had to dremel out two last time, what a pain.

To adjust the diff you don't have to take much apart. Take off the wheel on the right for the front and now undo the set screw so that you can take the hinge pin out. Now using a 5/64 hex loosen or tighten the screw until the diffs spin freely, but the screw seems hard to turn. Do this on the back except with the rear left side. Also what do you mean you keep stripping the screws?
