Anyway, on a old episode of Myth Busters they also build a full size RC car, the episode was testing the JATO bottle myth on a full size car, and they did not want to be in the car to test the rockets. So they rigged up a mid 60's Impala (1967 I think) with radio gear and rockets. They could not use actual JATO rockets but they made their own version with more punch .. the car hauled, more than 150MPH, it outran the camera helocopter. One of the hosts, Jaime, is a master at RC and general fabrication.

Hopefully this new Monster Garage won't be as weak as the last, or the previous recent episodes.
