Hey all.

After 5 months of organising i finally received a package full of goodies for my hybrid project, including:

Fantom Fr27
Imex Step Dawgs
RD Logics CVDS
Pro0Line Bulkheads
and full maxx suspension.

Its all extremely pretty stuff, especially the fantom. However, i am currently very frustrated. The output shafts on the ofna diffs are 5mm, but the extended output yokes supplied with the CVDs have a 6mm opening, meaning I cant use them on the Ofna Diffs. Does anyone know who makes long output yokes with a 5mm opening so my Cvds dont fall out?

Ill keep you updated with the build as it all goes along, should be done in about a week, if i can get these parts sorted.

thanks

richard

so ita a hybrid dom/mp? if so you will need either this one if there are brakes that need to be mounted to them (http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXABB3&P=Z) or This one if you are not looking for the brake mount (http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXABB2&P=Z) There are no extended one available to my knowledge and because of he stupid sze ofthe output shafts on the dom/Mp diffs you have no choice.

Hey

Thanks for the response, but the ones from tower are only 17mm, which is the standard drive cup size, wheras the ones supplied with my CVDS that dont fit are about 23mm long. Fudge!

Does anyone know of any other 1/8 scale cars with drive cups that are longer than 17mm and that have a 5mm opening for the output shaft from the diff?

thanks

rich.
