Got these cut out today. Please give me feedback. I have to do some millwork w/ them to get them to fit properly.
Possibly, how many people would be interested in something like this?

Polycarbonate is more commonly known as Lexan. Plexi and Lexan are two very different plastics.
The shock tower looks nice but I think the spacing of the holes might lead to cracking. Polycarbonate is a great material for a lot of things, but IMHO, this isn't one of them.
BTW, nice desk. Did you get it from IKEA? I have one with the exact same grain.

Right on.. I have my delrin ready to cut as soon as my machine is up and running. LMK how the lexan holds...

Looks weak, the bracings are very thin. Maybe without cutout's It'll work better. Good idea though.

Thanks for your input people. For you negative people go cut your own and bring it to "show and tell"

I agree with AudiTT. Not only are the hole spacings a bit close together, but either you didn't clean up after drilling them or there already are small fractures in the plastic from the drilling process. If they are made of Lexan/polycarbonate (Lexan is a company name), they will be more prone to shattering.
When you ask for feedback, then get snippy with people who give you constructive criticism, it's not very mature and won't help you in selling them.

should have went with carbon fiber, it has gone down in price enough to be able to work with it.

I would go with G10, its cheap and just as strong if not stronger than most RC carbon fiber. "Pure" carbon fiber is VERY expensive, dont bother with it.
That plastic looks very weak (brittle) if you ask me. I wouldnt buy it. (Not saying it sucks, just need better material.)

I believe in constructive critisism, I wich more poeple would critisize my parts since I have gotten 0 input from ANYONE. So everyone go here and rip my stuff-

Made it about 6 months ago. Never broke it. You might want to think and research before you post comments like that.

***!?!?
Why cannot anyone take a suggestion without getting pissed off? If everyone told you positive stuff youd never learn anything!
BTW: That stuff looks sweet, what is it? There were a couple of materials listed but none confermed by you.

Looks good dude... and I'de think Lexan would be a very good material Bomb-Proof Products makes there chassis outta lexan and they shot there Torpedo chassis with a 9mm pistol and it barly has a scratch...
