Hi,
I want to build a R/C Fishing boat for use in small ponds. Will have to add miniature fishing rod, etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Don't need speed, just long electrical operation. Budget about $200.
Thanks,
Joe

Joe,
Sounds like a Dumas Jolly Jay Fishing Trawler kit would fit your needs. The kit comes with the motor and running hardware. I think it is 24" long. You can find a kit on ebay for a $100 or so, or more from Dumas or hobby shops.
I'm in the process of building the Jolly Jay's big brother, the Thompson Trawler. It is 36" long. I got a great deal on it on ebay.
