is there somekinda formula, to calculate the gear-conversions between 56 and 48 pitch?

To convert your 48-pitch gears, multiply the number of teeth by 1.1666. Better yet, just calculate the ratio of your 48-pitch gears (spur divided by pinion) and match the ratio with the new gears.
