Running out of things to delay the first flight. Knees are already starting to knock...

That is a fine looking airplane. What is the final weight? Let us know how it flies...

Nice plane - clean lines. That cocpit is begging for a pilot!

Let us know how she goes!

Thanks, guys. Hobby Lobby says approximately 10 oz, and they're using a 350 mAh 7 cell NiCd. I'm using a 500 mAh 8 cell NiMH pack, which adds about an ounce. If I can't locate my balance soon, I'll take it in to the post office. I've got a bit more info here. (http://skaus.homestead.com/rcchamp.html)

A dense-molded styrofoam pilot is included, which will need painting. I'm considering using a Homer Simpson head from a Pez dispenser, but it's a bit heavier.

Homer Simpson head - now that's STYLE!

Carve out the inside with your dremel and go for it!

Finally had a weigh-in: airframe minus battery is 7.5 oz; with 4 oz battery is 11.5 oz. Wingloading is 7.6 oz/sq. ft.
