I received a new U-Force 75 today and I see they are now up to revision 3 on the controller.
The original is of course version 1 (which I normally use)
Version 2 was a change to make PC programming more reliable(but I haven't had any real issues with version 1 and I had a version 2 and didn't see any difference)
Version 3 adds Futaba HRS support(I'm not using it now but it sure is nice to have)

Now if only Schulze let us upgrade the controller firmware ourselves...

Works great with my Futaba HRS controller in the HRS mode!

Using the HRS mode will give you faster responce, or what?

HRS = High Reponse Speed - so yep, data sent from the receiver to the servos or speed control is faster.

If you look at the label on the speed control it has a date code and the version number. The date code is given as a month and year and the version will be v1, v2 or v3.

Mine says:
75 A CONTIN.
6-12 CELLS
10.04 V3

So it was made October 2004 and is version 3.

Reading the controller with the U-Soft programming software will also show the version number at the top of the software screen.

I currently run version 1. Has anyone tried accessing the latest firmware from Schulze? Would have a U-soft program help in downloading the V3?

You have to send it back to Schulze to have it upgraded.
