I am in the market for some Lipo cells for a T4 and a B4. The problem is the cells I like (Polyquest) are on the wide side. They are 48mm for their 4000 and larger packs. Does anyone know of some 4000-6000 lipo packs you can use with the b4\t4? I would like something with taps so you can charge them and balance them.

They should still fit. I have the 4400 mah cells.....3S in stock and 2S on the way. They fit fine in my TC3. They are subC width and 7 cell length.

Can't help you on the taps, but there is 8 racers here using the Thunder Power TP8000-2S4Ps in T-4s and XXX-MF trucks with no problems and making it the fastest growing class at the track with 20 plus minute mains that we include gas trucks to run in also calling it the Pro Truck class.

Its the price of Lipo's which is stopping me, do I have it right Craps that they are $320 a pack? Ouch, I think I've spent enough lately, considering in New Zealand brushless is still illegal to run. I'm probably about the only racer getting a set up.

I might want to part with a couple of my Thunder Power 2S4P Gen2 (8000 mAh) packs. They fit directly into a sub c cell battery tray.

Email me if interested. They have 4 runs on them only, and work perfectly.

Doh, looked at wrong packs, $175 isn't that bad, what charger are you using?

I use Astro Flight 109 (dedicated to LiPo) and Triton (does all types of batts).

I might part with the Triton also... :D

I have 3 Astro Flight 109 chargers that is the fastest and the cheapest 5+ amp Li-Po charger for the 8200 mah TPs.

Good Luck!

I already have 2 triton chargers. While not the fastest in the Lipo word I have a large number of 3300's and need them for sanctioned races. So I can pretty much charge almost as fast as I run. I will use the triton for the initial Lipo charging and then get something better. Going to 2 vehicles and I want to move my t4 to lipo only. If I can't race it at some races then it is their loss. (might just race it and let them DQ me. It would be a good show if nothing else. I have done that at some clubs that don't allow brushless.
