ive had some ideas and seen some of them done
1)(actually the only one i remember-i saw a video yesterday-heres the link if your interested- http://slapmafro.com/movies/everybodywantsskis.zip -hope you have cable) anyway my idea is to put skis of some sort on the front of your rc and that should act a bit like a snowmobile but without the treads in back. the video wil explain everything

I have the Nitro Elements Art Attack nitro snowmobile. Prett cool, I have it all pimped out with a Picco .26, traction is minimal as the Picco .26 make the sled RIP! It works best on wet packed snow. I added about 7 oz of weight under the seat. It goes ok in fluffy 4" snow, anything deeper, forget it unless you are carrying a lot of speed. Suspension is horrible, but does an ok job at normal speeds, hit a bump at 20+ mph, and you will barrel roll it. This kit is rare, so virtually no R&D has been put into the kit, it could definately use some updating, the kit instructions absolutely suck as far as details. If you are a very experienced nitro modeler, this kit is pretty cool, and gives you something to do when snow is in your yard . I have some pics of it, I can email them to you if you are interested.

yea, i was looking into those snowmobiles before, but when i saw the price i knew i couldn't afford it. Do you know if they make an electric version of it? I might look into it if it was electric, because i already have everything i would need.

Find a T-maxx on ebay(a cheap one), Slap some paddle tires on it and make sure your electronics are sealed so they dont get wet and watch the snow fly.

How do you Upload pictures???All My files Are bigger than the limit they allow on this post. You Guys gotta see this thing I made IT really rocks Witha fs75 weed whacker engine some sheet metal and a couple of Rc bulldozer tracks... IT throws 20 ft rooster tails and digs like 7" trenches and to top it all off I built it in like 4 nights in my basement.. Needs a hood and seat to hide the inner workings but it's still pretty cool.

soo sweet! I want to build one now. That would be a aswome project in metal shop at school. Cant wait to see this thing go. is it just made of sheet metal or did you make metal brackets to support the front. I snowmobile and know how the power gets from the engine to the track, Did you use the same concept? what ype of bulldozer did you use? sorry for all the questions but i was just curious because this thing loks sick.
