Tom Williams airfoils

Hi

I am looking for coordinate tables, for the airfoils that Tom Williams used on
the famous Sailaire, windrifter and drifter2 sailplanes.
I built the drifter 2 over 20 years ago.
And I know that the airfoil is 11.5 % flat bottomed.
But that is all information I have.
Does anyone hawe som more data on these airfoils.
