Anyways, for my next project, I am looking to break 100mph. I am planning on running either a Eagle SGX 67, Roadrunner 60, or some other 60-40 size rigger. If someone has a suggestion, please let me know..

But the question is, which engine will get me there better,a CMB 1.0ci or a MAC .84? Is CMB planning on coming out with a new 1ci, like their new 90 they have out?

Does anyone know the CMB website? Also does anyone know the roadrunners website?

Thanks,
Todd

you may be mixing up brands...CMB is a european engine, and from what i've heard they are awesome. there are 2 different Mac's. there are the russian Mac's and the american Mac's. the american Mac's are from CMDi. CMD's web site is: http://www.cmdracing.com/ CMB is distributed by Tidewater Engineering. they don't have a website but their phone # is in RCBM.

Yes you are sort of correct, Andy Brown's (CMDi) MAC engines are built by CMB at their factory in Italy.
They are not the same engines though. The designs are different.
The engine that shares the same design is the MAC21 & the CMB Valvola, the big difference between those two is that the Valvola rotates in the opposite direction as it is designed for running with a gearbox.

CMB have the 1.01RS which replaces the 100 EVO2, it is based on the new 91RS. The 91RS has just had a new type of piston & liner which changes the timing again.
CMB should also have available early next year a 35cc gas engine, it is still undergoing testing. Mauro Braghieri (CMB) used it at the Naviga 2004 World Championships

Yea, I didn't explain it fully. I should have put they are relatives and not the same..

Anyways, MCH, where did you get your 1.01rs?

Anymore feedback?

Thanks,
Todd
