I say #4 - go with a MHZ firewater (96.9" mono) with twin QD 140cc 4cylynder engines for a total of 56hp!. Other than that extreme, though, go with #1 (which is still pretty extreme itself). May I suggest a QD 3 or 4 cylinder engine for it to make that 20-30hp?

Not a big mono fan. I like cats much better.

I am really wanting the Rigger. But I am not sure.

I like the cat idea, but it would def. not be a speed machine. (I am a speed freak BTW). That's why my car will be getting a Richmond 6 speed.

#2. The speed and quality are un matched. Go with the MAC 84, you won't be dissapointed.

Why couldn't it be a speed machine? With 20-30hp, you could probably hit 40-50mph MINIMUM if it weighs a HUGE amount. If anything, the size would make it more stable at speed so it could go faster (assuming you had enough power, and 20-30hp is plenty of power)

Yea but 20-30hp will cost me about $10k

Unless someone knows where I can get some cheap power?

Well, this one is more like 4 or 5k. I don't know exactly, but you could call for price. http://www.quickdrawengines.com/sample_41V/Page_12x.html. 140cc 28hp@15000rpm.

#4...for that kind of cash you could get plans from Clark Craft and build an 11 foot inboard hydro. then you could stuff a V-6 into it. the cool part you ask? it's not R/C...you actually get to drive it at 85MPH!!!!!!!! but if you don't want that, go for #2.
