HO-RC

Hi Shawn Downey here. I own HO/RC in Rochester, NY. After 18 years I hope found the best place to build an Indoor RC Track again. The building is in Victor, NY and is a warehouse that measures 130' X 269' on a five acre lot with parking for over 100 cars.
We're working on a multi-use plan for the building to attract a wide variety of customers. A Hobby, Video Game, Skateboard and Splattball Store (HO/RC Entertainment Exchange) An Indoor Skateboard Park, Indoor Climbing Area and Volley Ball Courts, Video Game Cafe with 24 stations for internet and interal competitions and a Resturant and best of all a new on Road/Off Road Indoor Asphalt Race Track that will measure 100 X 80 feet.
The track design is half high speed oval on the outside and half off road course in the infield. Off road races can even be half and half. We'll be using the asphalt composite material made of recycled tires for the best traction surface available.
But we're looking for your support to get Western New York area racers
involved to make this facility as successful as it is unique. With your help we hope to have it available by this fall. Please post your comments, suggestions and mailing information here so we may keep you informed.
Sincerely,
Shawn Downey
