I was looking on ebay for a predator, but they are hard to find. I decided to check out the website, or lack of, and came across the new buggy.

Can't wait either, I just hope it doesn't stray too far away from the predator.

This new Pred will be a better version of the P8 which was the last Pred made for off road about 2 years ago. Better drive train and suspension mostly.
Richard, the guy behind the name will keep the TTechracing (http://www.ttechracing.com) site updated as weeks go by with more info and hopfully soon, pictures.

Cheers,

Ren

Well, they have some new info on the car, however it means nothing if you can't see it.

And the price-$592!

What you folks gotta remember is that this machine is the complete package, you wont need any aftermarket bits to enhance the performance or durability of the car. The Predators performance was never in question but the reliabilty was which they have scrutinised and painstainkenly worked hard to improve 110%, whether they really have done their homework or not will remain to be seen. I hope they have. :)

It definitely looks like it wouldn't need any aftermarket parts, but neither does the BJ4 ($500?). With the CAT4K and Kyosho cars looming on the horizon, hopefully the competition will bring the price down.

it's not 700 $ is it?

I have found this site to be alot less than the 700$ price tag you guys are thinking of. They are placed in Canada but may deliever everywhere. http://www.dtcrc.com. They seem to be very quick at responding to all inquiries and prices for replacement parts seem to be sweet.

It is just under $600.00, you can order direct from them. Mine is on it's way (they have been a bit slow on manfu and shipping).

I dont think itll be any better than buggies such as AE or Losi and for that price! itll look so much cooler but no real advantage...

way way to expensive!!

Whats the difference between the X10 and the XRS?

That should shed some light on the differences between the two. The XRS seems to draw on removing as many expensive aluminum pieces without compromising too much on performance.

Their great car's..... Very durable... They handle better then any 4wd buggy I've owned and driven...Which is pretty much all but 2 (X-5 and the Durango)....I don't think you'll regret it if you get one... I sold both my BJ4we's and Yok. BX and bought 2 X-10's.

The chassis material along with the arms are different also between the X10 and the XRS. the X10 comes with ceramic bearings and ball's for the diff. the XRS comes with S.S. bearings and ball diff.'s.... both will be good choices..... it just depends on you're budget....
