Okay, I've been looking around lately, I'm not really fortunate as I don't already have an E-maxx to just throw a BL system into, heh.

I kinda totaled the amounts up roughly:

E-maxx: $300
Novak HV Maxx: $300
Metal tranny gears: ? (Need some help on this and other drivetrain parts)
7 cell battery packs(GP3300, GP3700?): $70 each...?
MIP CVD's: $40-80
MIP Center CVD's: $50
Front Alum. Bulks: $40
RPM Arms all around: $40
Dual battery charger capable of 14 cells: ????
Tires: $100(Or free if my LHS will swap out premounted mashers with stock tires, which they sometimes do)
Deans for everything: $10

Okay, can someone recommend me some metal tranny gears for a budget minded person($1,000 is already way over, heh), a good place for some nice packs, and a charger. I could also get just a Super Brain 959, and use it with my current Super brain 959...if i had to.

Any suggestions or changes to the list, for performance, to reduce cost or whatever, would be nice too.

Thanks for the help.

Ya got a lot of extras there fs. I'm using inexpensive Venom 3300's at $29. per pack. Just be sensible with your throttle finger and then buy parts as needed. You can knock a lot of $'s off imo. The HV is just gonna rip anyhow.
But then, my HV Trail Maxx is gonna have a easy life compared to someone who is just going to beat their Maxx.

You don't really need all those extras.

E-Maxx from Tower, $300 minus $30 coupon = $270

Second order:

Novak HV-Maxx for $290 minus $30 coupon = $260

Third order:

Two generic Chinese GP3300 6-cell stick packs from one of the battery retailers on ebay: $50

Sell the EVX and Titan motors on ebay for about $140.

$440 bucks and you will be blasting dirt and having a good time!

Well, I've owned a couple T-maxxes since they first came out and now, and I know the plastic sliders and stock tranny doesn't hold up to much other than stock. I hated blowing my tranny constantly on my Picco P2 powered T-maxx. In case of a major front end crash, the bulks seem to be what goes, and those are a pain to replace.

I already have two GP3300s and a Sanyo 3600 packs, all 6 cell packs, I love these and i dunno if i can revert to something different, heh.

I could start off slow and replace what breaks, but I want it to be fairly durable also.

Actually it does sound okay, but I might go 7 cell for the batteries, and i also need a 14 cell batt charger, as all I have is a super brain 959.

I'm just afraid the plastic sliders or the tranny will blow. My T-maxx with a Picco P2 in it, and the tranny blows every time I run it, if I keep putting plastic back in.
