I really think the best truck on the market today is the kyosho ultima st type r gas truck. I dont own one but it runs very strong at the races agaist my gt. The truck basically looks like a rc10gt3. It has pretty much the same front and rear
suspinsion as the t3 but with the plate style gas powered chassis with a tran y that sits as low as the xxxnt's. I would say if kyosho turned up the heat they could win a world championship with the truck. Thats my vote, it looks as if its the most rock solid out there.

Yup, i have the Ep version of the Ultima and it runs pretty well. The GP, however, has a small problem with the spur/clutchbell mesh. The topshaft is too long, so when the engine begins to really accelerate, the topshaft bends slightly and the spur gear may skip. This doesnt happen all of the time, but when the engine gets into the high-revv area, it's possible. Otherwise, it is a very strong truck and with the right upgrades, it could take a GT. Maybe the guys at RRP or HG will make a titanium topshaft that will resist bending.

for getting into nitro i'd say the street force gp as a great tourer id say the impulse ...it's unbelievable handling.... for a 235mm id say the impact..... for eight scale id say the mugen and the veteq
