I've been talking back and forth about R/C with someone via Gmail and it has relavent ads that show up on the right side. I found this one (http://www.thehj.com/main.asp?SectionID=2&ArticleID=10869&SubSectionID=4) today. Sure, it's not a national story, but it's pretty cool when a local kid makes it into the newspaper.

Nice! That's awesome for that guy to get personal recognition in a newspaper. Not only that but just for the newspaper to post info on R/C. The R/C Pro Series is very popular and attracts alot of attention so its a pretty big deal with this guy doing so well. Congrats for him.

2. Do our best to support our sponsors.
3. Get more people involved in this hobby.
4. Do the best we can to help other racers and especially new racers.
5. Compete in the World Championships.
Why do I get the impression he's just saying the top three to be nice?

exactly. I should write my school paper to write up a report on r/c. NC State is an engineering school after all. Our student forum site has some people on it like me that are into it.
