Ok, I know this is a strange request, but if anyone has the Dec 1999 issue of RCCA, could you look and see if there is an article or review titled "Tire gluer: Stick with it." If there is could you tell me the who the author is. I'd appreciated it very much.
Thank You,
Steve

Is it the one with the 3 electric cars in the front? The ruslter emaxx and some onroad one with the green civic body?

Nope, I'm almost certain the one I'm looking for is titled "Tire gluer: Stick with it." But thank you for trying.

I'm not sure, I have no idea what the cover looks like for the issue.

page 190 of the december 99 issue. hobby-tech tire gluer stick with it. writen by steven hildebrand.
and just for who ever cares, on the cover "5 super modified machines you can build" tamiya true-blue clod, traxxas insane nitro buggy, tamiya wide-track ford F-150, mugen ultimate prime 12, and bolink cheap-speed dragster.
and thumbing through it, the e-maxx was not out at that time, and it doesn't even look like the t-maxx was out yet (although there is an add for it)
