For foam tires use laquer thinner, pour some in a jar (glass) so that it will cover tire. Let it soak overnight and it should slide right off. Instead of spending money on RC brands ot tire glue buy some Contact Cement, apply to rim and inside of tire let it set up then dunk rim and tire in clean laquer thinner to reactivate glue and slip tire onto rim. Allow tire/rim to setup for 24 hours before truing.

For offroad and TC tires boiling, or baking in oven is a couple of methods. Using fingernail (15% acetate or acetone) will loosen CA glue but many applications have to be repeated and depending on amount of ca used may just be easier to buy new wheels.

i also boil my tires. I've only done 2.2'' stadium truck tires and 1/8th scale buggy tires and it works very well. Get the water boiling then put the tire in the water - it'll float so it only gets one side. Let it site for about 10 minutes and them flip it. Let the other side go for 10 minutes (you may need to get the water back to boiling again) and take it out. It'll take some pushing but the wheel will come off the rim with a bit of force. Good luck and let us know if it works.

Just for the record... you MAY want to wait longer than *an hour and a half* before you start making comments about nobody helping or posting, doubly so when you make your post when most people are in bed for the night.

It's a lot cheaper to buy a small can of acetone. Nail polish remover is not pure acetone - it has a number of other chemicals in it meant to keep fingernails and cuticles from getting too dry and damaged from the acetone.
