Does anyone know a better way to get in contact with ESP Hobby other than their info@esphobby.com address?
it took a week to get a response last time I wanted to know something, and this time I have to ask something very urgent and am getting no replies.
I ordered a Mini-t wheelie bar, and I've been charged US$119 for something that should have cost US$31.90, and I haven't got it yet.

you should be able to call them. I had purchased Clod parts from them with no probs. They have been around for a while.

It seems the only way to get a response is to post a complaint everywhere I can find.
Finally got an email today basically telling me to wait until the package arrives and check the invoice for them. I have no idea what difference this makes. They don't have any record of overcharging me. Even if the invoice says the correct amount, I am still out of pocket big time.
This sucks bad.

They might need the invoice number to check their records maybe?

Ok, here's the current status.
I tried calling, but got an answering machine. I live in AUstralia and didn't know what time it was over there. Plus, I don't like making international calls (at all) to track down people who should be responding to their emails.
They did finally start making regular contact with me (from a different email address too I think), coincidently after I posted in a few places.
Apparantly, I got charged what some French dude was supposed to pay and vice versa. So, I'm supposed to be getting refunded the difference. Will post when it is all ocnfirmed and cleared up.
