Bungee/dolly launch

Anyone got advice/plans for a dolly as a launch vehicle for an electric twin?
Also merits of different bungee materials, ie;rubber or surgical tubing.
The subject is aWestland Whirlwind.

This is how I launch my electric models, it does not put any strain on the model with the bungee, hope this helps.
