I have a T6XHS Dual conversion 72Mhz Tx that i've used with my helicoptor for years. now i have finally gone and built an airplane so i have a new reciever. The new Rx is a Futaba R114F Low. When i purchased the Rx, i got it with a channel 11 crystal, and it didn't seem to work. I got in touch with futaba and they said it's probably because the channel is too low - they don't recommend going below 16 with the R114F.
so, now to my question:
I want to purchase new crystals, but i would like some reasurrance that what i purchase will work. my Tx and my heli's Rx are both dual conversion and this new Rx is not.
this is my second model, so i've never had to buy new crystals before. i want to make sure that if i buy a dual conversion Tx 33 for my transmitter, a dual conversion Rx 33 for my heli reciever and a Tx 33 Low for my new R114F that it will work.
can somebody let me know if a low band non-dual conversion Rx will recieve signal from my dual conversion Tx?
