Thanks pro-line for going old school. Let's make a full line; we need a Datsun, Toyota, and a Chevy LUV.

Uh... not so old school, but how 'bout an XJ Cherokee? They're probably one of the most popular four wheeling vehicles on the trails these days.

I think it would look cooler dragging on the ground over a touring car chassis. Kinda small for a Maxx sized truck.

Ya, I think it would look better on a touring car also.

Looks great. Much better than that slant cab one.
I would love to see a 1977 F100 though. So I can have one just like my fullsized :D

Not bad. Not my favorite body but it's different, which makes it very cool. I'd buy one. That'd look great on a 2.2 crawler, way better than that abomination they call the "Rock Pleazer."

Nothing I like more than old truck bodies the older the better as well(keep the slanting away)

what if they make it slanting backward? that way, it looks "fast" even when standing still, lol :D .

LOL...good point. However, it is flawed in one very big way. That's not a fast truck, never was, at least not in anything resembling its stock form, so that'd be kinda odd. Anyways, the more I look at this body the more I like it. Way to go Pro-Line. Now all I need is a smaller monster. My 3 trucks are all WAY too big for this body.

Pro-Line! You guys have let me and all of the Jeep Brotherin Down. You drop the scrambler, and then bring out a fuggly rock wanna be thingy and now this? Come on!!
You guys had the best jeep body on the market and then you just like that ditch it? WTH?
Pull your heads out of wherever it is that you guys have them and get a Jeep body A.S.A.P!!!!
And you guy's don't even flame me, Cause IT'S A JEEP THING AND YOU WOULDN'T UNDERSTAND!

It is a little ugly, but that's part of its charm. This body has personality, just like an old truck, which is why it's so cool. It's not a bling body, it's a "soul" body. I love it.

I understand what you are saying but if you want to make a classic truck body .. Not some lame truck that no one bought..

That's just the thing. No one has one. It's different. Everybody has an old '73-'87 Chevy, or an old High Boy. No one bought these. That's why it's so cool. I want people to have to ask me what kind of body I have on my truck. I want people to say, "What the hell is that?"

i gotta question. does anyone know of a manufacture who sells a COMPLETE aluminum skeleton for the LST? like the one pictured in the team integy ad in Car Action. Integy does not advertise a complete skeleton.

Wow. That was the most random post I have ever seen.

meaning integy does not advertise a given price for the comete skeleton, only for individual parts. who sells the whole thing, as a complete kit? specific enough?

He meant random as in this is the wrong thread for it.
I don't know of anyone who sells an all aluminum setup for the LST.
My question is why in the world would you do that? Other than the a-arms, the plastic is plenty strong enough. I landed my LST on the rear shock tower from 15 feet today and it drove away with nothing more than a badly scarred body.
