View Full Version : Emaxx with UF75
I'm currently running the UF75 with a lehner basic 4200 on my emaxx w twin GP3300 packs. is there any other better motors which will give me more speed and torgue but will work well with my UF75?I have a 12v fan on my uf and I've only reach highest 50+ degrees Celsius on my esc till date. Anyone here have a UF75 combo and Novak HVmaxx on their emaxx? I know the basic 4200 is not really designed for emaxx so I'm pondering whether to get a better motor for my UF or should I just invest in the HV maxx?So far I have only read good things about the HVMaxx but have not seen one in action yet. Anyone here know hows the performance of my current combo as compared to the HVmaxx?

you current set up is really not designed for your application. I would either step up to the XL series or similar motors and probably get a new ESC or would just sell your current setup and get the HV maxx set up. I have heard it is pretty good.

I'd suggest an MGM 120 amp ESC (the newer version) plus a feigao 10L or something like that. Relatively cheap combo, but very powerful. Should run better and have more torque than your 4200. I think the UF75 was designed more in mind for TC and ST applications.

I own a u-force 75 and a feigao 10L. they seem to work pretty good together with a fan on the esc. I also own the basic 4200 and the feigao has a ton more power. If you get a basic XL and keep your current esc I would suggest not going beyond the basic XL 2400. The 2800 and above really do need a bigger esc.
tks guys, if i get the feigao 10L, what would be a suitable gearing? my current setup is 12t on 72t spur with proline moab tires (around 170mm in diameter). I can still pull some wheelie with it though, but I'm going agaisnt the bigger nitros, savage 46 n LST.
What is the Hacker equivalent for the Feigao 10L?

any idea what kind of maximum speed i can get with the feigao 10L? what about 9L?I saw a chart at Starluck and it states max amp of 68a, is it suitable since uf75 has cont of 75a?
